today was a long fun day. first a trip to the cabin on four-wheelers!

It was soooo beautiful & green there.

Then the Mormon Miracle Pageant & mosquito bites!

see these red dancers? thats what i was when i lived in Manti & was in the pageant!

this brought back lots of memories :)

this man loves getting packages from grandma!

it just makes his day.

he's at such a fun age where he literally loves everything.

she sent a bunch of fun pool toys for him, which is PERFECT!

he loves all of it!

okay, i'm gonna have to brag right now.

i have such a great tan.

i love it. and its only gonna get better.

summer is the best! i'll take the heat as long as i can have this tan. (yes, i just said that and i am 8 months pregnant and live in st. george)

maybe its cause i'm using tanning oil?

like its the real deal.

i've never used it before.

what do you use to tan?

jaxon is like a real person now.

we can play games together and i don't have to worry about him destroying things, or losing his attention (for the most part). he thinks everything is soooo cool. i love that about him & this age.

i'm not ready for him to start thinking i'm lame.

he loved candyland! we played 3 times in a row.

i'm trying to teach him how to handle losing.

he's a poor sport and a baby.

i don't want him to always be like that, kids like that are so annoying.

we try to explain that we all take turns winning, and its not so bad to lose.

he's very competitive!

This soap reminds me of my Grandma Gentry.

I don't have tons of things to remember her by.

She died when I was 12, and we weren't really close.

slipper socks & Caress soap remind me of her.

She always had a full supply of this in her bathroom.

Except the soap bars.

It made the whole bathroom smell like this.

its a great smell, too.

I love it. It makes my skin so soft.

now go buy some Caress and tell them i sent ya.

look at my fat fingers & my yellow glitter gel nails.

i got gel nails for the first time.

AND glitter gel toes for the first time.

my toes are greenish-blue.

i love them!

I'm totally sold on the pedicure idea.

i've NEVER had one.

yep, i know , its pretty strange. almost as strange as having to tell people i'd never been to disneyland in elementary school. looks of pity is what i usually get.

SOOOO...

my request is a pedicure.

a real, live pedicure before the baby is born. and i'd love to keep up on it too.

i love how it feels to have pretty toes and well taken care of feet. (not that i know what that feels like..yet)
